We are situated in Central Wellington, within easy walking  distance of Victoria University, Kelburn and Pipitea Campuses, Massey University, WELTEC and The Cordon Bleu Cookery School. We are very handy to the cafes, shops, libraries, galleries and outdoor recreations which this picturesque city has to offer. We offer a relaxed, friendly, family-style accommodation for international students.

Our residents are a mix of first year and returning  students. With only 12-15 residents, you will be a significant member of our community, where you  can work to achieve your goals. As a member of such a small community, you will know all the other residents. Caring for one another is part of the Kia Maia way of life.
